Today I:

Hoisted a chair over my head, to swing it at my bed, hitting the ceiling fan and breaking a light bulb and a light bulb housing.
Beat my box springs with a hammer.
Threw my mattress down the stairs.
Threw my mattress into the door, knocking over a lamp, ripping the lamp shade.
Threw my box springs out on the lawn.
Took the trash out. Tried to open the door with my foot, breaking it somewhat.
Tried to get back in said door, handle snapped off in my hand.

Just a string of disasters. All because of bed bugs.

Breaking one thing led to more anger, led to breaking more things. By the time I calmed down, there was nothing I could do. I just destroyed too much shit. I hate this house.

Bedbugs sound like they would be a bitch though, that sucks man.

Yeah, that sounds like it sucks. Usually when you're raging, any action after that usually ends badly making the rage even worse!

Yeah. I'm just pissed that I'm going to have to buy a new bed again, on top of all sorts of other crap I have to spend my money on.

I raged so hard, it was kind of therapeutic.

Unfortunately, I know better than to let myself do things like that. It's just not mentally healthy. I'm pretty disappointed that I got so carried away.

Soak the mattress in gasoline and burn it! i bet that would be pretty stress relieving...
