fixed menu would be like what youve seen over the last few days that ive been working on.
fixed expanding would. be the same, but it expands on mouse over so that it doesn't obstruct your view when not in use.
dockbar would be in similar fashion to whats up now, just small buttons fixed on your screen.
also, i need to know if you want it top/bottom/left/right
