All other games are obsolete now. I knew this would happen so I purposely avoided it all this time.

Now it's too late.

Good luck. Then again, why would you wanna quit?

Also, what setup are you running?

I have no intentions of quitting. Just won't be playing anything else for a while now. Bye bye everything else.

I'm rolling with a Female Wood Elf Necromancer/Conjurer/Battlemage/Thief/Assassin/Ranger type character so I'm focusing on:

Conjuration
Destruction
Archery
Alchemy
Enchanting
One-Handed

It's been a pretty fun character to play since I usually always just go with a straight up warrior character.

I usually just conjure/reanimate things to fight for me while taking pot-shots with a bound bow and it's been working pretty good for me so far, I get my ass handed to me when enemies get too close sometimes though.

This is going to end up becoming Conjuration/Archery, since that'll be your most useful. Might wanna run up some Light Armor as well, just to cover the eventuality that they get past your conjurations. You could quite easily get a high enchanting, then make an uber-bow (get Extra Effect perk, do a fire/frost damage effect set and have fun) as well as a sword with huge enchantment damage for worst case scenarios.

I wear light armor, but feel like it won't level that much since if I'm getting hit then I'm doing something wrong so if I'm having trouble with a fight or encounter I switch to Necromancer's Robes and I have some items that boost my magicka regen by about 90% and I use a shield while cast with the right hand and that usually gets me through the tough stuff.

Archery and Conjuration are both really high due to use (60+ for both), everything else is in the high 30's.

I role play alot though so sometimes I won't use certain skills because my character "doesn't want to" and I'll do other things like relying on Alteration even though it's at a very low level.

i made a new one recently. i just shoot a few fury bolts into a group and sneak attack the others. its probably my most fun run.

I just finished the last of the big quests, and the only sidequests that I have are the unlimited ones and the one where you collect all those jewel things.

Probably gonna try and clear out my misc quests and find other sidequests until I get Zelda in the mail.

my favourite little bit of gaming:
wear full leather/glass/elven whatever light armor you want, then find a mudcrab. Stand next to it, it'll attack you. Then equip a low level healing spell and tape down the trigger. Then go take a shower, get something to eat, whatever. I did this and it leveled up my light armor by 5 levels, and my restoration by 8 in about an hour. And with my magic regen enchanted leather armor, I barely put a dent in my magicka.

^ this so much lol

I have the same problem, sometimes I get so caught up playing it that I don't want to do anything else. If only I could finish one more quest, real quick, right before work then I'll stop...

Almost like me, except more magic oriented.

Mine was

Archery
Sneak
Enchanting
Smithing(only light armor)
One hand

I do use offensive magic, but I have an aversion to perking them, as Archery/Sneak suits me better.

This is precisely why I stopped playing while I can, to be able to finish Dark Souls properly.

Once I get back into it... I'll go into a void from where I'll never come back. I'm making a two handed warrior-blacksmith, and my next character will probably be a pure mage or assassin (DAT 16x damage from daggers!).

I'm calculating about 100-150 hours from each character...

I have the 16x sneak perk for daggers but I can't ever get it to happen.

My main build is an assassin, to get the the animation the target needs to be standing up, and against nothing. To get the damage, you have to be in sneak mode and not get noticed or seen (if you get too close, you will "touch" them and get noticed)

Find some Shrouded Gauntlets to get the 2x damage to sneak attacks. Make you unbeatable when you get the drop on enemies.

Yeah, my daggers do 30x damage when I sneak up on someone. like a boss!!

I actually have 3 charicters. A traditional sword and board guy who is level 50, a pure mage who I was disapointed in, and an Archery thief type guy who I love.

I'm still waiting until price drops really low, as I'm back to FONV (on PC this time) and got bunch of mods, and modded myself, that has made it the time consumer (in a good way).

Skyrim probably is extremely good, but I'm more into sci-fi than fantasy.

Though, I'm pretty sure I can create fallout like experience if I or someone else modded it enough. LoL

since I havent talked to you in a while stormy, this seems necessary

btw, if you get the 30x setup on daggers and a few perks, its possible to one-shot a dragon with a sneak-stab. Assuming you can actually sneak up on a dragon.
