Forza D Class Race. (1.13)

i thought i'd jump start this.

i say we start out D Class Circuit racing.


rules are...

100,000 CR to join
First place gets the purse.

By 11pm EST Friday night, whoever has the fastest track time for the agreed upon map wins.
NO REWINDING ALLOWED.


throw out some tracks for nomination.

a week to long? maybe 3 days?

And it needs to be a clean lap right?

im in but why don't we just have online races in the same lobby

you can bet in game i believe

thats sometimes hard to do with everyone playing at different times. if we can get a group together that would be fun.

well what ever works for everyone is probably the best option

like up a 45 degree slope

in a dead lobby it could be done... or if dice would hurry up and give us private games

there may be better places to race but siene seems like it would be fun due to the tight roads and corners

it's maybe 30deg at most camel

i know they used to take you best in the earlier series.

i just took out the kia cee'd and after my first lap on the top gear track i got the "star in a reasonably priced car" achievement

ok so what are we doing? what are the official rules of this thing?

we just need to pick a map.
after that as long as is D class...if you can get into a race with a group that cool...if you cant manage it set a hotlap time.

well one of the shorter maps would be ideal since it's D class...and sorry I'm not around so much these days. I got a new toy (a bass amp) and I've just been playing with that as much as I can.

i think we should make it based off Ante's idea which is SeC Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. Hold the races on the Top Gear track, full circuit. Same rules as the TV show. You Get 5 warm up laps then from a dead start your sixth lap is the one that counts. We all must ensure the same difficulty settings are being used. I looked around forzamotorsport.net but i couldn't find anything that tracks race times. So as for keeping track of times i figure we just make a thread with the lap times and what car is being used. I suggests we star by using the Kia Cee'd. 1 lap on the top gear track with that car will get you an achievement.

Well i'm going to try to play some BF3 with soap tonight but i'll sneak in six laps at some point to get things going. If you get on sooner feel free to set it up.

I think a good idea for one would be the King of the Track rivals event going on right now.

That way if we all do good we also all get unicorn cars.

till when do we have to do this? friday? And is the kia mandatory or is any D class car ok? and are we allowed tuning setups or is this a stock hotlap kinda deal?
