I don't see anything wrong with it either tbh. If you really want a collectors edition you usually pre-order because after that it's almost impossible to get any especially with a popular franchise such as ME.

Thats the thing. I got Skyrim, Gears 3, and Batman Arkham City CEs literally with no trouble. Not once did they ever go out of sale, or get sold out. But the ME3 CE is the only one that I have seen that happen with.

I don't have that big of problem with it. Sure its kinda a dick move, but who REALLY pays that much to have the collectors edition of a game? If your stupid enough to buy it, then someone will be smart enough to sell it to you.
