Open the console with the tilde key

Click on yourself then type setscale 10

That should fix it

i suspect it was the addition then removal of the no friendly fire mod

Basically it downloads the mods completely for you no messing around with Winzip or files and it makes sure there are no clashes

And if there are it tells you
