I managed 20 stabs in this last match I played. 20! 17 where I got dog tags and 3 where I just sliced them to death.

Also the pump shotguns (either of them) with slugs are badass! Especially with the Rex as a sidearm because if you don't OHK them you at least damaged them enough to finish them with a single Rex bullet. It's a good combination.

Congrats on that. I have a hard time getting kills with the knife. Seems people always either shoot the person first or it takes a couple swipes that cause the person to turn around and then I have to shoot them.

Yeah. I probably would have had 23 or 24 stabs that match if my teammates weren't so eager to shoot my victims first.

Since the patch making it so you can kill someone with 2 knife slices I think it's fairly easy to get kills that way now as well.

The knife still seems wonky to me.... I feel like its as unreliable as the BC2 knife.

I can run right up to a guy and hit the knife button and I'll pull out the knife but it won't do the animation I'll just be standing there with my knife out and nothing happens.

So then I'll start mashing the knife button...sometimes it works after what feels like forever but alot of the time I have to put the knife away and pull out my gun for me to be able to knife again and by that time the dude usually turns around and I have to shoot him or I'll get killed by one of his teammates.

I can't knife two guys in a row. I knife one and then my guy keeps his knife out and I cant swing again. so I have to switch and shoot or switch twice.

yeah that's exaclty what happens to me only sometimes it's on the first knife...it's so annoying when it happens. I don't have very many knife kills as it is and then the game goes and robs me like that.

I try to knife people every so often, just out of spite mostly. Because I hate most of my fellow gamers, and the knife is one of the few ways I can send an electronic "up yours" to someone.
