Never got around to playing Sent, maybe I'll give it a shot next time I play ME3. My friend said that the tech armour was really strong, but I never really cared.

Yeah I just finished rebuilding my Sentinel, and with the damage bonus you get from tech armor (30%), the damage reduction (30%) and the reduced cooldown penalty I am basically a biotic tank.
