I'll update this thread with info as things are installed / removed and changed on the server, this will include a full list of MODS, and commands players can use.
I will start by calling this version 1.0, lets pretend its new

Plugins Added:
+ Dynmap ( URL = http://www.rdcminecraft.com:8123 )
+ Essentials
+ iConomy (Currently of no real use)
+ LWC
+ PEX
+ SimpleRestart ( Currently disabled )
Plugins Removed:
- Falsebook ( buggy and not updated for current version of craftbukkit )
- Worldedit ( not upated and causes server problems )
TODO:
Provide a list of commands users have access to and how to use them
Rewrite the heartbeat script
Add more iConomy plugins
Add area protection and anti grief
Buy more alcohol
