Found a new glitch today. Would like a controlled test for results but here's what I have so far.
I was killed and revived. Then I ran around for a while, when all of a sudden...
...my camera switches to 3rd person. Following my squadmate.
I was still alive, and actually still in control of my original body. All the counters were still up (ammo, HP, map) but I was looking from behind the shoulder of my squadmate.
My theory is that the revive had something to do with it. The angle was the same as the squad spawn camera, without the blue menu tinge.
