I would alternate between premium spectre and the one below it ( can't recall the name, it's been a while) When you're always saving for the premium, you never get any supplies.

Its all decided by a random number generator. The PSPs just garuntee you more rare stuff than a regular spectre pack. the spectre pack has 2-3 rares in it, while the PSP has 4-5 rares and double the chance for Ultra rare N7 weapons (its still onnly about 5% chance)

By vet and spectre packs until you have some good regular guns up to 6-10, then buy PSP to work on getting the rare guns up.

And it's all luck based anyways. The Premium Spectre Pack is without a doubt the best crate, but it costs a lot of credits. Meanwhile, the Spectre Pack costs about 2/3 of the Premium, and has a lower chance for everything. It's really all personal preference. Usually, if I have 99k-119k credits, I'll get a Premium. But if I have 120k+, then I'll go for two Spectres.

Depends on what your trying to unlock as well. if your trying to get guns that are rare then the PSP is the best, but your never garunteed anything your looking for.

its totally random man. I've spent about 1 million (10 PSPs) without getting a single new gun once I got all the regular guns to 10.

if you dont have many unlocks in the silver category then you should prolly be getting the spectres more often than psp's. i only play gold now because trying to grind for psp's and sp's on silver is really effing annoying especially when an idiot randie team shits the bed on round 9

veteran packs are never worth it tho
