What errors are you getting? I got could not find steam and all I had to do is reboot steam and the game now works.

Damn it works now after a full restart, but now I have this strange camera/mouse lag while turning or moving.

That is probably because the game is capped at 30 fps. You will need to go in the .ini file and unclamp fps. Then set vsync if you want in nvidia control panel. I also had to edit some permission so I could even save the game.

Let me know when you do, i run with a cool group that's pretty well organized, they call them selves Death Korps. They give you a hand if your a new player by pimping you out with guns, food, ect. About 15 active members.
