It's supposed to be 1920x1080.

But I'm lazy and don't feel like convincing my brother that my computer can handle the bigger monitor. So it's 1680x1050.

I didn't know any people used 1440x900,that's the resolution I play xbox on,on my cheapo polaroid hdtv I got from walmart awhile back. It's like right inbetween 720p and 1080p

360 has no real 1080p games, except Street Fighter 2 HD I think.

Most, if not all, games are scaled up to 1080p. Some don't even have actual 720p resolution packages in the game itself.

PS3 has some actual 1080p games, and has more honest resolution display on game boxes. But still most are 720p.

If your display (TV or Monitor) has decent decoding power, maybe setting it to 720p might be better, for consoles. Just maybe.

1366x768 right now but when I get my rig I'll be running 1920x1080.
