They then asked me if I wanted to put the extra money remaining towards another Pre-Order

Pretty much nothing you can do will get you a ULCE at this point sans ebay. Yelling at customer service reps makes literally no sense.


How long after the announcement did you preorder? They we all pretty much sold out the first day. Many retailers have been cancelling multiple preorders from the same address to cut back supply to scalpers, so keep checking for more ULCEs to pop up.
