Whats the reward for completing those?

I'm currently doing Bandit Slaughter rounds, and am getting quite annoyed with unregistered headshot kills...

But beside my frustration with this, I have no idea what is the reward for completing the secondary objectives.

Can someone tell me whats the benefit of completing the secondary objectives?

I believe it is just more xp and money.

I thought it was something like increased item stats or something in those lines.

I just do them for completion's sake. It feels bad knowing I didn't do it perfectly.

I always do the secondary objectives as well, due to my slight OCD.

But if the game refuses to acknowledge my actions, and it requires it to happen at a specific time frame, its very frustrating...

I usually earn most of my gear through slot machines anyway, just EXTREMELY time consuming... thats all...

What can I say?

I have been clinically diagnosed with severe OCD

Mine is more of the mental variety though, so that may play a role, I dunno.

Although in open world RPG's I feel an overwhelming compulsion to do everything.
