1[BL2] Saturn Empty [BL2] Saturn 2012-10-10, 22:15

JESUS CHRIST.
The difficulty seems to scale up really suddenly in the mission where you go to Fyrestone, I'm getting destroyed despite being a level or two above all the enemies. As if it isn't bad enough, there's Saturn, the stupidly powerful robot with no critical spots. First time I've wanted to just stop playing the game. >_>

If you're on xbox, I'll help you out on Friday. He's ridiculous. Even with the B0re skill, his crit spots are stupidly hard to hit.

I did not really have much problems with him on the PT1. (not there yet on PT2)

Though, I did say WTF IS THAT THNG!!!!!!!????????

I spammed Tediore throwing at him, and he went down pretty fast.

Think you are just under-geared, if you are having a tough time with him.

Even on 2.5, I don't find Saturn very hard. Kite him around the bus stop. EZPZ

I had so many issues with saturn iwth my zero on playthrough 2. I think it was because was rushing through the story and I had shit guns, but it took me at least 20 lives to kill that damn thing.

Hard to hit critical area with under-geared critical heavy class is already a disaster waiting to happen. LoL

I had a few problems with gear there too, but I went back an farmed a bit, so I was good.

On the first playthrough I had more issues with the constuctor immediately afterwards than Saturn himself.

I'm dreading facing him in PT2 though.

I just stayed on the other side of that little house the whole time, he barely hit me. But he did take a long time to die, and the few times he did hit me I sure as heck felt it. So I could see how he would be tough

My trouble the first time wasn't so much trying to damage him but not knowing how to avoid his attacks. Then I learned there's a shack that leaves you pretty much invincible. That plus finally getting some corrosive weapons close to my level made it pretty easy for the second attempt.
