eh....I don't know whether this is good or bad lol......more ep 2 and 3 or more cheesy jar jar binks ep.1?

I like the darker more mature tone of the others....ep.1 was.....a let-down to say the least. At least the pod racer race was cool,and was a badass game on N64 haha(and the forgotten Dreamcast >_>)

For this, I feel some cautious optimism, and a lot of disappointment. The original trilogy was epic, and is rightly called one of the greatest works of cinema. The new trilogy, while it was entertaining and interesting to watch, didn't live up to that and seemed like a failure in comparison. This seems like it would do the same, and yet I'm really really interested to see what parts of the Extended Universe they bring in.

Revan and Malak together, or even fuirther back, Freedon Nadd or Exar Kun. The Sith Triumvirate would also be cool. Above all though, I want to see Darth Bane's sith in the movies.

Or on the opposite side, we can go after the old trilogy, the Yuuzhan Vong invasions. In my opinion, the coolest idea there would be the death of Chewbacca and Jacen Solo.

those first ones are the great Lords of the Sith, way before the movies. Bane was arguably the most significant.


Jacen Solo was Han and Leia's son, became a jedi, then a sith master, then died and was resurrected as the living avatar of the will of the Force.

books, comics, stories. My Star Wars collection is puny, but to give you a comparison, the real star wars lore is about 10,000 times more than the movies. Like, hundreds of thousands of years of lore.

I read some of the "teen" Star Wars books back years ago in school,about these kids who were Jedi students at Luke's academy on Jungle moon#4 Yavin I believe

Would love to read some more, surprised I never read more....I never knew what was good,and which was shovelware cheap cash-in books for lack of a better word atm...

the student books were cool, one was where they went to this weird planet where they honored the dead,kinda like in Mexico, something to do with meeting up with Fett the bounty hunter...haha

=/ I feel bad for never finishing Knights of the old republic...would be easier to just get it on pc than hunting down the og xbox copies

I heard some about Han's and Lei's kids going through a bunch of stuff,but never checked into it more. That's crazy he became a sith master haha....

Didn't know the novels even got gritty like that. I assumed they were kinda "pg" like the movies...

Although I will say that there is no way that Disney could be as terrible at Star Wars as George Lucas. There is no one on this earth as bad at making movies as him.
