This game is awesome. It feels like Fable, but actually good. You can die, it's not too cartoony, and it's difficult.

I tried the demo and didn't love it. It seemed to cheesy for the semi-mature theme they aspired for. But if I would have given it more time it might not have been bad.

Your talking about Kingdoms of Amalur right?

I put 28 hours into it before being bored to tears and calling it quits. It was fun at first, but the story sucks and its quite literally a single player mmo. You could tell they wanted to go that route for the next game. But they went bankrupt.

the demo was ok, but from what ive gathered from reviews, side-questing over-levels you even on the hardest difficulty and is repetitive.

i'd pick it up if it was heavily discounted, but atm its on steam for £30.
