Topic, I was debating if I wanted to go with "The New Conglomerate" since I like their weapon designs or the Terran Republic.

Can you only choose one faction like in MAG? I wasn't too fond of Vanu for some reason, though I'll give them a whirl if I have the option to switch factions later

But I don't really play this game to much

It seriously sucks alone

Whatever floats your boat, man. I have personally spent most of my certs in beefing up my Magrider and Medic loadout, but have certs pretty evenly spent across the classes otherwise. Except for Heavy Assault. I fucking hate Heavy Assault.


And yeah, you aren't faction locked with your character choice.

Yeah, I really like the NC' Infiltrator armor the NC armor in general is really attractive to me.

NC weapons are pretty universally accepted as the worst in the game now. Way too much recoil.

That's a shame, hopefully the Dev's will balance that.

I've had it installed for nearly a month and still haven't launched it lol! guess i'll go with vanu when i finally do decide to play it.

It's really a combination of things.

Any one of them alone would be fine as the NC also have slightly higher damage.

CoF is too big for close range, RoF too slow. But recoil is too harsh for longer ranges.

Which is odd, seeing as the NC niche is supposed to be close range. We have a special shotgun, an air shotgun and a tank shotgun. They all also suck.
