Seen mostly bad reviews on this and trying to decide if this is even worth a rent or not. Anyone here played it?

yeah, i think Jr played it and a few others. i dont think they were impressed with it from what i remember.

I tried the demo and hated it. So I never bought it despite RE being a childhood favorite series.

it's worth a rent but not a buy unless it's like extremely cheap now, totally ruined the series as if it hadn't been ruined already lol.A convoluted story that never really went anywhere and at the end I was sitting there wondering what the point of it all was. As a game on it's own it's alright but a disgrace to Resident Evil haha

I'd take Operation Raccoon City over it any day >__>

Thanks for the input, I think I'll hold off on it for now and maybe try it out when I'm more bored and looking for a game to try.

I liked it quite a bit, but I played it co-op with my uncle and I didn't go into it expecting the latest survival horror game. My advice is to take it for what it is and definitely play with a friend. Any game is good with the right co-op buddy.

I actually played the demo for the first time last night. I liked Leon's section, but Chris and Jake's campaigns were just really clunky TPSs.

Not impressed.
