I have, it kind of sucks that its range is so limited. But it's nice being able to head shot heavies.

the first time i killed a moving driver... yes.

i walked over a hill and saw a car driving past, quite fast. i thought 'i could grab their attention and kill them stealthily to unlock the takedown-drag perk'.
