Wow, this is kind of a surprise given the previous two were a decent length.

Must admit though, I did feel there was a little filler in both 1 and 2, and that they might have benefitted from being a little shorter - not by that much though.

Edit: hah, I totally read that as a 3-5 hour campaign! Derp. Still, 5hrs is very short!

5 hours is pathetically short. They should be embarrassed.

I know that is far less than most people want, but I buy so many games it's the opposite for me. If a game lasts more than 7 or 8 hours I will probably get rid of it rather than finish it.

I don't want them long, I want to wrap it up quick and trade it off before the next weeks games come out. FPS games I would prefer to be able to finish in a single sitting. For example I gave up on the Crysis 2 SP about halfway through because it was just taking far to long.

I'd say 6-8 hours is my sweet spot (although there are exceptions).

Yeah and that totally makes sense to me. Like I said I know I'm the odd one out there.

Actually I don't dislike them being long, it's just that I like to finish games and if it is long I probably won't even if I love it.

I think for an FPS like Crysis a nice 11-15 hour mark is perfect

I'm with Sym here, but I understand what Metal is saying especially from an FPS standpoint. Most devs nowadays use FPS campaigns to show off their engines and/or as a tutorial for multiplayer, which tends to make them very short.

That's pretty lame that they made a game that doesn't even run well on any current consumer hardware.

Can you even get a steady 60fps on it Storm?

Storm should be able to get a 60 fps average with SLI 680's.......

Sounds like there is something seriously wring. Mind getting MSI Afterburner and seeing what your GPU usage is when playing the game? It sounds like the game is only using one of your GPU's. Also are you still on the first level? From what I have read the first level has some serious performance issues.

The first level's performance is beyond horribad to mention.

But besides that, it still shows choppiness often, or at least no constant 60fps.

I actually don't use afterburner, but I use ASUS GPU tweak. But I will post clock setting once I get around to it.

Both cards are working their best at beyond 100% capability that they are designed for and still not able to achieve constant 60fps.

I bumped down from Very High to High and its running much better, but it was painful when I pressed apply button...
