Yeah, but that rocket launcher is really weird to jump with, and also, a lot of his kills in the video are with mantreads, which take up your secondary slot, but allow you to damage by directly landing on people (more damage based on your height/speed.) Mantread kills are actually pretty difficult and nobody really goes for them unless they are good at rocket jumping.
