So aside from the frequent crashes this game is amazing so far.

I definitely recommend everyone gets it. Even those who don't have gaming PC's, it shouldn't take much at all to run.

yeah, each of your fingers is controlled by a different key and your hand rotation is mouse driven.

its not a game that takes anything seriously at all.

God damn, the ambulance missions are ridiculous. I was trying to grab a syringe to stabilize the patient, but then the ambulance hit a bump and the needle bounced into my hand which made me start to hallucinate. I didn't succeed in that transplant...

That's hilarious, but also unrealistic and the game says "simulator" right in the title. That's false advertising. I say we class action lawsuit them for every dime they own.
