First game of BF3 on PC...Oh god the horror

So me and Jr played for a bit...oh god I suck so hard.

my fingers don't know what the fuck they're doing and I can't hit the broad side of a barn.

and yet somehow I managed to end up in 6th place so in my infinite noobness I still mannaged to do better than 8-10 people.

I don't even...

The good news is my card totally beasts BF3 even in multiplayer. I was at between 70-120 fps the whole time on ultra with everything maxed.

Don't feel bad man, the game is completely different from consoles. I started sucking bad, and I still do but not as much as when I began.

It gets better, just keep playing with someone or you will hate the game <_<

It probably doesn't help that I haven't played BF3 at all for a whole year.

dont worry, the main 'wtf' is trying to play with a KBM. once you're used to the controls itll be much better

yeah I was playing medic and sometimes I'd just be staring at the ground trying to revive someone as my fingers go full retard and can't find the 4 key or when I'm shooting someone and my clip runs out and I try to switch to my pistol...so much derping.

I run out of ammo and it's like "oh god" and my brain freezes for awhile and is all like "what the fuck do I do now?...TWO! hit the two key you idiot!" then my fingers spaz out and hit all the keys except the 2 key...and then the guy kills me.

I had to set the crouch down and switch to main weapon and gadget buttons to the mouse buttons

but yeah, pistols are good. a lot of the time i run around with my pistol anyway, because pistols are damn awesome and nothing syas 'fuck you' like getting sniped by an M9

happened to me too the first time I played on PC but you get used to it pretty quick.

everything besides the rex magnum seems to be lacking any power. I remember I would get multi kills with the g18 on xbox but can't kill shit with it on pc

Pistols on PC are fine

I use them all

The pistols are fine, you just need to be able to get more shot on target. my primaries usually are the M1911 or he faction handguns (M9 or MP443)

Not sure if the balance changed, but M9 seemed to be the most efficient pistol when I was still playing the game.
