Anyone know if I could use this to create dull shards?

Nope. EE3 is severely nerfed compared to EE2. You can still make diamonds out of wood (a lot of wood) but the recipe list is much much smaller and doesn't support most mods.


If you need dull shards, drain lots and lots of aura from a node and then start digging around in the chunk it's located on. This only works if you haven't already mined out vis shards in the area.
