There are tons of threads on the 360 forums and X1 forums routinely about PC's. The same users that diss the PC for its restrictions are all over the X1 on there. Which has implemented most of the same restrictions. IE used games

Edit- I think the PS4 is the clear winner here, and should be the choice of most hardcore gamers. The only reason I would tell somebody to buy a X1 is if you REALLY love the exclusives.

Ill be buying a PS4 eventually.

same reason why activision/IW/Treyarch don't make any sweeping changes to CoD every year.

I don't know, but it will be very interesting to see how this generation shakes out.

The PS4 does look really good. Hopefully good enough that I can put my PS3 hate behind me. I definitely think it looks like the better console between the two, I'm just praying that the new controller is massively improved.

However I also don't really have any problems with what MS is doing and so far they have shown me far more games that I actually want to play.

What exclusives did M$ show at E3?

From my memory I only remember a few

New Halo ( Meh IMO )
New Dead Rising ( meh to me )
New Forza ( cool to me
Killer Instinct ( woot! but not Rare, sadface )
Ryse ( meh attack of the QTE's )

What others did they show? I must have missed them

Titan Fall, which looked like it was worth buying the damn system for by itself.
Spark, which looks like Little Big Planet but full 3D and much easier to develop more creatively with.
Forza looked better than Drive Club.
Ryse looked fantastic, but I'm worried after hearing about there weaksauce game-design.
KJiller Instinct looked badass even if it wasn't Rare.
Quantum Break looked like a cool idea.
Crimson Dragon the un-official sequel to Panzer Dragoon, just the idea of this game has been on people's wish lists for over a decade.
Dead Rising 3, just showing this game cemented me buying the system.

However the one thing I'm worried about is MS lowering the power of this system and these games looking or performing sub-par. That is the one thing that curbs my enthusiasm. Hopefully that doesn't turn out to be the case.

Yea they are now having rumors of having to downclock the gpu, which wouldn't be good, at all.

Also yea. Titanfall looks amazing, but Ill be playing that on PC lol.

A major part of Steam nobody talked about is the built-in modding facility "Steam Workshop" (or maybe I missed the post). Steam has a pain-free way to browse and add mods (they all auto update too). It obviously doesn't work for all games, but they have a good amount and it is still growing.
