Steam in game notification

Has anyone elses notifications in steam been acting screwy?

Anytime I boot up a game it seems like the in game notifications pop up in an arbitrary corner of my screen.

When I first started using steam they were in the bottom right then somehow they got moved to bottom left. Then sometime after that they got moved to top right. Then back to bottom left and now back to top right.

Does anyone know what the shit gives? I can't find any setting where I can pick where they pop up. Do they just change when steam updates or am I just a retard?

yeah mine has been funky lately,usually it was in bottom right for me but it's been in upper right sometimes randomly too

I haven't noticed anything screwy.
