Yeah, I had a friend in highschool who got arrested for statutory rape.
The day he turned 18 his girlfriends parents pressed charges. I was there when the cops slammed him down and arrested him. I don't know if they even had any evidence, but he went to prison for a while. Shitty way to spend your 18th birthday (and next few years).

I've toyed with the idea of doing the same to this guy.
