I scramble the eggs and put it on bread with mayo(Miracle whip for me) 

Its amazing

Its an east coast thing

hardboiled, sliced with salad cream for me Smile

also if you have pitta bread you can add grated cheese and lettuce and put that inside the pitta bread. so good.

It's been forever since I've had one like that. I usually go with a fried egg sandwich with just a little mayo and dill pickles on toasted bread.

A friend of mine had a roommate at one point who would put ketchup on white rice...in general this girl was just nuts (which I won't go into).

And jam on eggs? How the hell do you even consider that an option?

I don't know that's how my grandmother always used to make them for me when I was a kid.

She came from a little buttfuck nowhere fishing village on the coast and they were super poor.

They made their own jam and shit and I'm guessing they didn't have much else to put on eggs and so they'd probably put jam on both eggs and toast.

That's my guess anyway.
