I just picked mine up and installed it. 360 version. Won't be able to play it until after work though.

the line took a little while cuz this damn pimple face nerd was buying this tv too and it wouldn't scan right >_>, quite a few others got it on ps3 too, I never used to know anybody in real life with a ps3 either lol.

it's good,driving much better than gta 4. What the fuck happened to CJ and everybody else though, Grove Street is now Balla territory

Installing now

The game is good as shit so far and I've hardly even explored the map after a good 4 hour play session.

As I suspected it's pretty much the SA of this generation. Gun and cover mechanics are somewhat the same as GTAIV but the auto-aim isn't nearly as rigid which is a definite improvement. 

Driving has been changed, cars handle quite differently. A lot easier for the most part but certain cars you can spin out. With Franklin's special ability you can pretty much never crash your car if you use it right.

The hang out stuff is still there but I haven't actually had anyone call me to hang out, and I don't know if there's an actual relationship stat like there was in GTAIV.

Surprisingly there hasn't really been any noticable texture pop-in(except for the intro vid after the heist). I get that shit on EFLC for PC. So they did a really good job with it. Framerate isn't bad either.

Yeah Chewy, you can hang out but it's always on your terms now. no more "LET'S GO BOWLING COUSIN" every 5 minutes.


Edit: And yes the game is fantastic so far.

it's been looking good on ps3 although I want a 1080p tv, the triggers take awhile to get used to

I'm debating on if I want to get GTA IV for PC when it goes on sale again. I've yet to beat a single GTA game...ever...

Closest I've done is Sleeping dogs (Which left me yearning for more, can't wait for a sequel) so hopefully, within another year or so, GTA V will release for PC.

4 is the worst in the series since 2

I'd rather play san andreas than 4, I didn't like the driving and it was clunky...I've beaten it twice on 360 lol

Only one I bothered really finishing was GTA III.

I beat all the major ones except new gta 5...I couldn't stand the top down perspective of the others

I finished 3, Vice City, San Andreas and the 1st one.

Never beat 4, bore the shit out of me.

I don't like the whole need the iOS app to do a few things, yeah they're not major things but it's just kinda dumb.
