Ammo/health boxes I would leave as is. Slowly resupply/heal everything over time.
Ammo pouches I would change so that they completely resupply one soldiers bullets and hand grenades completely and instantly, but no other explosives are refilled. Also gives 30 points instead of 15.
Health pouches the same. Completely and instantly heal one soldier to 100% and clear any vision/suppression effects. Also gives 30 points instead of 15.
I think that would really help distinguish them from each other, while also giving very good reasons to choose one over the other.
What tweaks would you guys make that aren't glitch related, but gameplay related?
