I have not had any weird deaths yet, even while I was playing with Tom in US server (200 ping and rubber banding). Care to elaborate how your deaths came about?

Most recent one

Was just running and just dropped dead instantly. No killer, no kill cam, nothing. Just said Killed in Action. This has happened at least three times.

I could understand this happening on roof, as roof has some bugged physics. Ammo and Health pouches bounce off roof unless put it very 'nicely'. But if it was happening on street, then I am not sure at all.

I've had it happen a bunch of times.
Out of the blue you just die just like in BF3. This is one thing I had hoped they would figure out how to fix.

Maybe you got killed but the person who did it got DCed while the bullet was traveling
