Path of Exile is out

Been playing it with the wife the last few days.

Good fun, much better than beta. They fixed alot since I last played it.

Yea its F2P

Well to be honest the patch list was super fucking huge, and I only skimmed it since I havent played since like March or so.

But there are new enemies, animations, weapons, they re balanced the skills, buffed the passives for the Marauder, smoothed gameplay, improved impact of hits, added a new class etc....alot of stuff changed haha.

Also they fixed basically all the bugs

If your looking for a ARPG fix or just something to play till BF4 comes out next try, try it. Its a free download on Steam right now. Its actually quite fun. But Im a sucker for a good ARPG though....

Scion is fun. she starts with Spectral Throw, which is just hilarious, you throw a magical copy of your melee weapon that passes through enemies and does damage going through them then damage again on the way back to your character. its awesome Very Happy

I only ever got to act 2 with my friend, I was marauder,it's a pretty good game

greenman said "Preload starts Saturday 26th October 2013 at 9am PST" for battlefield 4, I didn't think I was gonna be able to pre load Razz

Played buldurs gate...that's kinda similar? ish?

I've never played Baldur's Gate (please don't hurt me) but the style is similar. I think Diablo-esque games play quicker and less tactically though.

Not really lol

POE is pretty much strait action, not much story. Its all about the gameplay and killing shit.

Lots and lots of clicking in ARPG's.

If you do play it, give it at least an hour before making a verdict, otherwise you would be doing yourself a dis service imo.

Yea sorta

Baldur's gate allows you to pause combat, so theres that.

The biggest similarity is the camera angle and the clicking to move thing.
