How to elevate topic to sticky?

Epyk, how can I elevate a opic that is already created by someone else to the sticky? Or even my own sticky or announcement

Was trying to do it but cannot find the option.

Edit the first post. Right under the. Send button there will be a row of options, change it from regular to stickie.

I accessed the options, but there is no option to change regular/sticky.

Actually, it seems like some topics, I see it and some I do not

I think I know what the problem is.

I can only change sticky/non-sticky status in lounge area, not in sub-category

Are you using mod tools or trying from the inside the thread

I pressed edit on the first post.

Do not think the quick mod tools that I got has option to change status, but move/delete and stuff

My suggestion for now, until I can fix it, move it to the lounge, then stickie it, and move it back.
