One coffee and a strawberry/banana vanilla whey protein drink later i'm feeling good!!

5-6 decent sized strawberries (frozen or thawed) if thawed add ice cubes
one scoop of vanilla why protein (gnc product)
3/4 cup of milk

Throw it all in a blender and you have a nice smoothy that'll keep your hungry satisfied for hours!

Better for you than dunkin donuts or micky d's

I'm 32 and eat like I am 18 still HAHA It helps that I still have a high metabolism. Monday I ate 6 white castle cheese burgers and a large onion ring..... I was hungry 2 hours later HAHA

You can get them with Jalapeno chees as well. Man I ate 6 of those one night after drinking a bunch of beer at a UofL football game. Man that was pain the next morning.

I actually love Krystal's and hate White Castle, lol. I am a traitor to the North in everything fast food. I miss my good ole' Hardees and Shoneys growing up, there are none of those in Ohio Sad

When I first moved to Louisville there where a fair amount os Hardees still around but I think there is only one left and I won;t eat there because I never see anyone in that eats there.

When I go out to eat and its my choise I eaither eat at Skyline CHili, or Yankee Noodle.

When I go I order a regular 3 way, and a cheese coney with mustard no onions! THis is what I typically order for friends on their first visit as well. It's a fair amount of food but you get to try their two best items this way. Back when I was a teen my Dad and myself would go there for lunch evey Saturday.

I'm happy with the Fast Food we have here. We have Braum's. It's Oklahoma based. And Sonic too. Heard of them?

Sonic is the shit. I liked Braum's too, from when I lived in Texas. We just went there for the ice cream, though.

The best part of Sonic is easily the drinks. Although their chili dogs and burgers are pretty good. And they have tots.
