For going fast:
Nissan GTR or Mazda RX-7 with mods to meet the specs of the Spirit model in Japan.

For cool:

Black 1967 Chevy Impala

For sadistic fun:

I think the thread might have gotten temporarily buried.

I've always wanted a Dodge Viper for some reason. I just love the way that car looks.

A lowrider hearse with black tint windows and a bad ass sound system. With a coffin for moving shit around. It could be useful for a band...

That's a sweet looking Impala.

I want an Audi S8.

Your Dream Car 2008-audi-s8_460x0w

Or the Audis from the Iron Man movies. So, any Audi car, pretty much. I'm a big fan of German engineering. Learned to drive in a BMW and own a MB.

I also really like this!

Image was pretty big so I didn't post it. But I love the new Chargers. The oldies weren't bad, but for vintage I prefer the 60s and 70s era Mustangs (I don't like the new ones).

This makes me want to go test driving. ><

The new Chargers are so...I dunno. They're too aggressive looking for sedans. I'd totally drive one, though, I just think the old ones were much better looking.

I'd sacrifice cat to drive an Audi R8.

I think that's part of why I like the new Chargers, because they are so aggressive looking. That's one beastly car. My current car looks like a girl car, for sure.

I figure I'll have to sell off a few vital organs, a couple kids and become a high profile porn star in order to get me an Audi... and I think it just might be worth it.

Ford Mustang. I'm pretty lame, but I've always wanted one. It just seems Patriotic to me.

The new Dodge Challenger is nice, but I heard it's sluggish.

The Viper is nice. I remember I got in to it because of this show:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="https://www.youtube.com/v/A3QudqJr-rA?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="https://www.youtube.com/v/A3QudqJr-rA?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Knight Rider rip-off though.

Meh. Don't see the point in buying a shiny new car if I have to overhaul it to make it go vroom.

....I am not allowed to watch Transporter movies anymore because of vroom factor. It makes me want it. And so I tend to speed and do crazy maneuvers after watching the movies which my almost 20 yr old car cannot handle so well anymore. Makes me sad.

My dream car is one that does not cost $60 to fill the tank.

It will also have a telescoping spear mounted on the grill, which I will extend into the back of drivers' heads when they offend me by not using turn signals.

Very Happy

My unrealistic dream car would be something that transforms into a sports car when I want to speed or have fun and then at the push of a button it has a Tank mode for when I'm in traffic or when people decide to drive like dumb asses. Run them over like in Grand Theft Auto.

I drive a '97 Dodge Ram.

It is handy for when I have to haul around big things, like furniture.
But that accounts for less than 1% of the time that I'm driving. So it's kind of impractical.

But hey, the vehicle was free, so whatever.

I get my road rage from my dad....30 seconds on the horn makes the person be like OMG im sorry im sorry im getting out of the way of this guy.

Also my dream car is a very difficult choice. For plain badass factor it would be a '70 Chevelle SS454. Holy shit. Black or dark grey with 2 white stripes.

As for trucks itd be a ~2005 Chevy silverado 3500 with a 6.6 duramax beast of an engine. Quad cab black with light grey interior. Sexy beast.

For off road/traffic situations itd be a 1999 Hummer H1 4door wagon. Probably drop in a 6.6 duramax diesel with an allison 6speed transmission.

As you can see, Im into the gas guzzlers. Screw the prius.

I don't think much about what I can't buy.

BUT I do think about my own ideas for cars and vehicles.

Speed: Something that runs on NO2. Just NO2. And has finger twitch sensitive steering, so I don't need a wheel, just some hand slots.

Class: White, with black underbody. Blue nav-lights, and an alternate fuel source that leaves a stream of blue light particles out the back.

Sadism: Mad Dog, L-5 Reisig, Truckasaurus Rex, anything big and capable of fear/destruction.

Ironically enough, I don't really road rage at all. The only time I get angry is when people tailgate me, which makes me wish I had a much larger vehicle than theirs, so they wouldn't be inclined to get within 3 feet of me in case I decided to suddenly stop for whatever reason I felt like.

I hate tailgaters. I generally do not tailgate, even when raging. I only remember doing it once when someone pulled out in front of me on the highway, forced me to slam on my brakes, and then did at least 10 miles under the speed limit. I crawled up his ass and turned my brights on.

I'll get close coming toward passing lanes so I can gather up some more momentum in order to pass someone going slower than I would like - or if they are constantly riding their breaks due to bends. OMG the road isn't straight anymore! Brakebrakecry. I kill you!

31Your Dream Car Empty Re: Your Dream Car 2010-11-22, 18:55

I tailgate as a means of raging. I dont so much mind if they are going at the speedlimit and if they dont do anything I wont tailgate. But if they cut me off, fly by me and such I will not hesitate to ride their ass.

Also I always thought it would be cool to drive an 18 wheeler towing a tanker trailer. Fill that thing up with diesel (expensive as shit though) and rig it up as the gas tank. Fill it up once a year (hopefully it wouldnt go bad) and not worry about running out of gas.

When I'm driving to and from school I'm pretty much in a constant state of road rage. If you're driving anywhere near me you are likely doing something that is pissing me off.

But anyways, my dream car is probably a Koenigsegg CC

Yea, driving to and from schools is a rage fest. People do not know how to drive around here and it pisses me off. And to tell you the truth, the parents of students are worse than the students are at driving. Its like the parents are oblivious and self centered.

If you're in the fast lane on the highway, and you're not going at least ten mph over the speed limit, you can bet your pants I'll be tailgating you... and you're going to want to move faster with a giant pickup on your ass.

Well it's not because of student drivers for me, mostly old people. I think I'm just more frustrated during this time because I really want to get home or I don't want to be late to class. My road rage is generally entirely irrational. Stuff like "Why the fuck is this guy not going 60 in this 35MPH road?"
