Can anyone help me out? I have the image on my PC and it will not upload it to this site. Any tips?

You could try uploading it to photobucket and then just using that.

I haven't had any problems uploading here though. My guess is it would have to do with your internet security options. Maybe try adding this site to your trusted sites for a little bit.

i would upload it to photobucket like Chewy said, that's what i usually do.

It has to follow these guidelines or it won't work.

its width cannot exceed 250 pixels, the height cannot exceed 180 pixels, and the file size cannot be higher than 64 KB.

Just resize your image/lower the quality and it should work...
