Some trailers didn't show off newsworthy bits, but were notable nonetheless. Portal 2, Thor, Mortal Kombat, Batman: Arkham City all got the trailer treatment.

I don't think I've played any of those games listed.

But am I willing to buy a PS3 just to play GoW3. Love those effing games, and I don't want to go to the only person I know who owns one to play because... evil.

It just Gears of War with the illusion of stats.

Mass effect 2 can be considered an RPG because of how many actual choices you can make to affect the outcome.

I think it is in the realm of a Choose your own adventure book.

I guess Dead Rising is a rpg then. You have stats. can choose how the game ends and who lives and dies.

I liked Mass Effect 2. Not enough to buy it, But I liked it.

I wish there was more to do with that Assassin guy. That Dude was fucking awesome. Even his mask he wears was fucking awesome.

Call it RPG though and I'll just laugh and say no while waving my finger.

Uncharted 2 was pretty great... a bit too much shooting for the "tomb raiderish" theme though.

And as for God of War 3 I did (mostly) enjoy it, but I actually thought Castlevania was better.

ME1 & 2 are great games, but I really, really, really, really wish they would have been more like the Star Control 2/Starflight games. God those games are great...

Yeah honestly won't disagree with you on the genre of me2. Honestly if the story wasn't so good I'd just stick with dragon age.
