One of the only real big complaints I had about NV right off the bat was the radio. 3 Dog wasn't perfect, but he was a damn sight better than Mr. NV.

Mr. New Vegas is actually an AI, not an NPC. Its something that Mr. House installed for radio "excitement".

You should disintegrate him with an energy weapon so that the whole life support system turns into a junk instead of just him.

Its pretty funny.

Its part of Mr. House's network transmitting device.

So anywhere you can tune into Radio New Vegas, it is possible for him to send his securitron and be able to get some sort of update, though may not be able to control them directly due to not enough bandwidth.

That's weird. I never knew that. :/ I shouldn't have killed Mr House so early in the game.
