Something about the sound of the air-raid siren makes me feel happy (don't know if I would feel the same way if it was going off at a different time of day, and more than once though. xD)

No, but for some reason, every day at 12:00 PM, there's an air raid siren that sounds. If I had a way to record the sound, I would.

We have that on certain days at noon. Ours is just a test of the tornado sirens though.

That sounds plausible but they have it Everyday

Maybe its to Signal a Guard change at a local military base or something
