I'm seeing that, reading through some threads now. This weird +/- thing on my screen must be the voting thing people are talking about.

I'm not sure exactly what the +/- thing does apart from you can choose if you like a comment someone makes hit the + if you don't hit the -...... what's the purpose of doing such??? IDK

You are limited to being able to only give out 3 cred per day and you can not give yourself cred. Derp I do somewhat agree that there could be some abuse but it cannot be spammed to death.
