I swallow it. Until it becomes a giant ball of flaming assholery and explodes... generally all over the boyfriend.

Other than that, I just try to shrug anger off and get over it. Would rather be happy than mad. Venting on Heebs is good too.

I didnt deal with it well when I was younger thats for sure. I got myself into alot of trouble. But I find it gets easier with age, and coming to terms with the problem if you have one.

It Depends i dont Rage at games often unless im tag hunting

Otherwise i either Ignore whatever is pissing me off or very rarely i pull out my Pocket knife and let my anger out on the bed post

Game rage is more spur of the moment frustration than anything, always because of terrible fucking netcode.

Actual rage is worse. I punched a hole through a mirror once when I was pissed. my hand was pretty badly cut up, almost to the wrist (through the glass and the thin sheet of wood behind it).

Wash! He was my favorite. A Knight's Tale was my favorite move as a kid so I was so excited when I first watched Firefly and he was in it, haha.

On topic, I write everything down and then rip it up, haha. Better than venting because there's no chance that anything you say will ever get out, but it works just as good for me. Maybe it's just because I've been betrayed by too many people, but I don't think I vent to anyone whatsoever except my husband xD
