You make the meat patties, with sate onions and peppers, add a little bit of awesomeness.

Then place in hamburger bun, with cheddar cheese, bacon, onions fried with cajun spice, lettuce, tomato and a little bit of tabasco.

Wrap in tin foil, place in oven.

Five minutes later, you have finished creating awesomeness.

Make sure to get a full block of cheddar and not slices, that way you can cut your own thick slices. That is the secret.

my favorite burger is an 'outsides in' burger, which i make myself. ground turkey made into a patty, make an indention with your thumb right in the middle, then put a laughing cow cheese wedge (any flavor) into the hole and smooth the meat over the top of it until it's covered.

it's an orgasm of the mouth, seriously. my boyfriend uses ground beef, but i fucking haaaaate ground beef, so i use ground turkey or chicken.

That's a really damn good idea, I'm gonna try something like that next time I make a burger.


When I make them I usually throw a different blend of seasonings on them each time. So far my favorite has been with cajun seasoning salt.

what is laughing cow cheese, and why is it important to use that regardless of the flavor?

Its this cheese that comes in a small round box and the cheese is cut up into pie shapes. Its just another brand of cheese.
Its healthy, different texture and the taste would be some reasons.

Also there is a place called fudruckers and it has the BEST burgers ever. With melted jalapeno cheese and their fries holy shit. The bad thing is its not really close to my house so we only eat there once a year....and only because I request it for my birthday.

i like to use the garlic herb laughing cow, but the chipotle is also bomb. and i like to sprinkle a few oats in there so it all holds together nicely.
