I keep looking at it and it looks pretty good.. I like the battlepoint idea. I wish thay had a demo like BC2 did so I could try it out....


Any of yall getting it.... Right now I am leaning towards getting it. Hell the campaign sounds fun anyway!

I only picked the Eomer avatar because that was all that was on my work computer and since we were talking about LoTR yesterday...

HAHA Well I hae Reach still on hold for some future co op, and firefight, Black Ops....... maybe I'll play again..... and Assasins Creed 2 I bought but never played! HAHA O well Homefront is really calling out to me for some reason.

I won't be getting this game right off. I say youtube vids of MP last night and wasn't impressed. Looked like Mw2 with some bits of bc2 thrown in...

I've got a pile of people from the OFC wanting to play BLOPS but I'm always on BC2. If you wanna play BLOPS just let me know...I got plenty of geezers playing it.
I still have Mass Effect, Dante's Inferno, and two other games I haven't played yet.

I speak the truth bud!!! If i were at all excited about it i'd tell ya.

After viewing the vids i saw on MP last night i wasn't happy. These weren't cg vids they were demo vids. The graphics were sub par, and the overall game play added nothing new. the sound was bad and the weapon usage was the same old stuff.

Sorry to be a debbie downer but i'm not wasting $60.

The concept of the game is cool but the failure rate is too great!

It was a compilation of first person footage! names over peoples heads and guys throwing grenades and using different weapons and vehicles.

I was not impressed!

I stumbled upon it last night after watching some Crysis 2 MP vids. Another game i'm interested in by kinda like "Ehhh idk".

I'm planning on getting it.
Frontlines was meh at first, but after the patches it easily became my favorite shooter this gen.

Homefront is 32 player already, but I'm hoping it get's bumped up to 50 players just like Frontlines did.

I haven't played MoH in weeks! the last time i played it i just breezed through the campaign again cause i liked it.

there was some map pack thing that's out for it, but i haven't looked into it...

the game play is fast and people DIE very quickly, there's also NO kill cam. So people tend to snipe alot in the game!! plus bolt actions nearly kill 1 shot every time.

Yep!

Forgot to mention the gameplay is like rush meets conquest. It's the best of both those gametypes in one. I just wish it had destruction.

I thought i heard it had some element destruction but not on the scale of BC2.... Maybe I am wrong... I do like how the map continues to open up, evolve, and change!

Yeah, kind of like how in rush once you take the objective it pushes forward.

In Homefront it sounds the same way but either team can take the objective and push the map towards their goal.

Basically a tightly focused conquest mode.

That is one of the things that sounded really nice to me Metal..... What I have seen, and heard of Battlepoints sounds good as well. Seems like it is a nice balance to the game.. O you just bought a tank and you are dominated.... Well me and my buddy just bought rockets.. bye bye tank.....

Yeah. I really hope tanks/vehicles are airlifted into the map by Chinooks or something (like in Mercenaries).

Otherwise it will suck to chase a guy around a corner only to skid to a stop with a tank barrel pointed at your face because the dude bought one.

I really hope they don't magically appear like that. We'll see...

Well Frontlines was more like Battlefield then CoD. Plus Kaos got their start because they made the Desert Combat mods for Battlefield 2 so I really doubt it won't have a Battlefield feel to it.
