He's likely in the manic stage of bipolar disorder, could be like it for a while.

My friend acted pretty much the same way after he did a shitload of coke. Took him about a month to stop being manic and finally realize he has a serious disorder.

i think he's just really attention hungry, and the way he's getting that is by trolling the media and wining, not winning.
