if 3 of us join a posse, and split up, doing one hideout each at the same time, will they count as hideouts done by me. or do i have to be involved in all 3?

Yes, you have to be involved in each hideout. Not too hard though.

Dark you never did those Challenges since they are unlocked at level 41

But yeah you have to be at all 3 when they go down
