I dont know, seems like it would be pretty hard to fake, with the guy who makes the bubbles actually being in contact with them.

The colors just seem too vibrant.

its actually pretty reasonable, ive done ones about 3ft wide before.
you get a bucket of soap mixed with glycerol and dip the strings in on the poles.

then you pull them apart when theres a gust of wind and it fills up like a sail.
