I believe you are talking about the SeC. Now I don't know much about it, but what I do know is that it as a place that started from the Bad Company 2 boards on GameFAQs, and has been growing ever since.

There are a variety of different topics discussed in the forum, ranging from video games, to movies, to donkey shows, to sports. There are a large number of members who are avid video game fans, and upon joining this website you will find it hard to play a match of Brink without a full party of friends(once it comes out that is).
