The person i was talking to was actually really helpful but she said they'll have to check the service center as to why it's not moving and it'll proably take up to 5 days to find out Sad

Really sucks to hear that. Hope they can figure it out soon and get your box back to you. Makes me kind of scared. Now I'm hoping none of my boxes break anytime soon.
